MobileRobots offers embedded computers for every robot platform except for the AmigoBot. The computers are fully integrated components of the mobile robot, preinstalled and configured with all software and drivers, and ready to use immediately.

Our new dual-core computer could be dangerous in the wrong hands. It's nearly 3x faster, has gigabit Ethernet, more RAM expansion and L2 cache and still draws less power than our previous onboard computer.
The Mamba EBX-37 is an industrial grade EBX form factor PC.

The Mamba is an industrial computer designed for continuous, always-on reliable use in more challenging environmental conditions than most consumer computers and laptops are designed for. The standard version (Pioneer, Peoplebot, Seekur Jr.) is rated for an operating temperature of 0° C to 60° C (32° F to 140° F). The computer is MIL-STD-202G rated for vibration and shock.
A dual 1.2 GHz extended temperature version (-40° C to 85° C / -40° F to 185° F) is available as the standard computer for Seekur, or a special order on Seekur Jr. or other robots.
The computer comes with a power supply and SATA 40GB solid state storage device (SSD). (The extended-temperature version uses an extended-temperature 16GB SSD instead.) Linux (Debian 5 with upgraded kernel) or Windows XP Embedded is installed along with all drivers and software packages ready to use immediately. The computer is fully installed and tested in the robot before shipping.

965ATX Dual-Core Computer for PowerBot
The 965ATX is a full-size (ATX) dual-core hardened industrial grade computer for the PowerBot. The CPU is an Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 1.8 GHz dual-core processor. Expandability is provided via 5 PCI slots and two PCI express slots , as well as I/O ports including dual megabit Ethernet ports, four RS-232 serial interfaces, four USB 2.0 ports (computer also supports additional USB ports through expansion headers), and 1 parallel port. The 965ATX supports up to 8GB of DDR2 RAM via two DIMM slots (one 2GB module is included standard). It includes onboard graphics and audio.

Linux (Debian 5 with upgraded kernel) or Windows XP Embedded is installed with all drivers and software packages and ready to use immediately. Computer is fully installed and tested in robot before shipping.
The 965-ATX is an industrial computer designed for continuous, always-on reliable use in more challenging environmental conditions than most consumer computer or laptops are designed for. It has an operating temperature of 0° to 55° C (storage -40° to 70° C).

Cobra
The
Cobra EBX-12 Computer from Versalogic is a hardened, industrial quality EBX form-factor PC
with PC/104+ expandibility. The CPU is a 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium M
processor, and I/O includes dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 USB 2.0
ports, 4 serial ports, general purpose analog and digital I/O, and more. The standard
configuration includes 512 MB RAM (1 GB on Seekur-based platforms).
The
computer comes with a power supply and either solid state flash or hard
disk storage. Debian Linux or Windows Embedded is installed along with
all drivers and software packages installed and configured. The
computer, power supply, disk, cabling, OS and software are all installed
and tested in the robot before shipping.
The Cobra is the standard onboard computer for Research PatrolBot.
