Amazing
Autonomous Navigation!
I
have to tell you that I am delightfully
shocked at how Frances [PatrolBot] dealt with the massive changes to
the environment....They [the customer]
moved the refrigerators again today. Back to their normal locations.
This is the quintessential Mobile Robots feature. I have before, after,
and during footage of the robot handling the changes in the
environment. Is anyone even close to having something like this?

Working Perfectly after Several Years...
We
proudly own several Pioneers and one Powerbot from quite a few years,
all working perfectly, and we have now the opportunity (i.e. the
budget!) to acquire some additional accessories for them.

Customer Support....
As I
mentioned in my first email I am going to be buying a robot...the
question is whether a [competitor's robot] or a Pioneer
II. Presently,
I am leaning towards your product purely by the support your
user group gives/receives via email.

Robot Reliability...
We have run the Pioneer robot every day we're
open for over two years and all I've had to do is order a new battery.
I wish all our exhibits were as reliable as this!
